Mr. Fish doesn't mince words. Khaled El Masri is not the only innocent victim who has been kidnapped and tortured by the U.S.. but the Supreme Court doesn't even give a reason why they ignore the principals that the country was founded on.The terrorists have won.
The only 'state secrets' that could have been revealed by a trial are that the biggest terrorists are still in the White House and they obviously control the decisions of the court.

Most Americans don't seem to understand how they've traded their defining liberties for a false sense of security.
The government can do anything 'illegal' and the supreme court won't listen to you if Bush claims it's state secrets or security related.
