Isn't that the same as saying Bush is an incompetent monkey who should be locked up to prevent any further harm to the planet?

I wonder what the reporter was thinking asking a question like that.
It was a supporter that asked the question intending to be humorous but the response was interesting.
maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea.....afterall, he may never come back.
