Iraqi insurgents offer peaceful withdrawal for U.S. forces in return for concessions?

People don't have rights when a superior force invades and occupies their country. Give us a break Iraq.

And what concessions? Rip up the made in Washington Iraq constitution that divides oil revenues and prevents anyone from suing the U.S. or the U.S from being liable or responsible for turning the area into a toxic nightmare for generations?
