It was quickly heading for the dumpster because the objective was to buy time for the government to reconcile differences, come together and move forward with oil and lesser issues.
None of that is happening. In fact it couldn't get much worse politically and Iraqi deaths are doubling.
But fear not there is a resurrection of the never ending occupation. The surge is now being redefined as simply being a security effort or some such thing???
More to follow as the Misadministration continually redefines their failures to become imaginary successes.
